What is a Training Camp?

Train like a Professional without the stress of being one.

  • Eat delicious organic meals every day.
  • Participate in open water swimming in the Caribbean ocean.
  • Ride your bike on a planned route with accompanying staff that provides your
    every need.
  • Run in race like conditions. Whether it be road, trails or the beach
  • Outdoor strength sessions.
  • Return to your villa after a good day of training day and receive a nice relaxing
    massage or therapy if needed (optional).

TRAINING SESSIONS

Open water swims at the most beautiful beaches in Dominican Republic. Ride your bike on
a scenic route with rolling hills called “tourist boulevard of the Atlantic” where a support
team be present for safety as well as provide hydration. Run beautiful road and trail
routes.

NUTRITION

Nutritional status evaluation, body composition measurement (electric bioimpedance),
calculation of macronutrient requirements, personalized nutrition and hydration plan.

BRING YOUR PARTNER

Spouse welcome even if they do not plan to train. We design the perfect holidays for both.

ACCOMODATIONS

Magnificent stay in villas of double occupancy, with swimming pool, near the sea,
strategically located in Las Terrenas

MEALS & SNACKS

All meals are included and designed by PhD Nut Olimpia Arellano. Meals will be prepared
by Chef Anett. Please inform us of any special dietary needs ahead of time. Alcoholic
beverages are not included.

1 ON 1 COACHING

Our coach can help you design a custom training program at an additional cost. This
service will include a personalized training plan for running, triathlon or trail through the
Training Peaks platform, with technique correction.

EXTRAS

Massage, yoga and physiotherapy sessions are optional and will incur additional costs.
